Amreli, Gujarat | August 27, 2026:<\/strong> Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah<\/strong> inaugurated the Gujarat Gaurav Sarovar<\/strong> at Dudhala in Amreli district, marking a significant milestone in Gujarat\u2019s continuing journey towards water conservation and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Constructed by the Harikrishna Group and Dholakia Foundation<\/strong>, the Gujarat Gaurav Sarovar is spread across approximately 21 acres<\/strong> and has a reported storage capacity of around 400 million litres<\/strong>. The reservoir is designed to support water availability for agriculture and drinking purposes while contributing to groundwater conservation in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
